Each candidate, whether nominated by political parties or independent, presents a list of authorized persons to be his/her representative at the polling stations. The PEO issues each authorized agent with a letter of authority and an identification badge. If a person claiming to be an authorized agent cannot produce a letter of authority, the presiding officer will not permit that person to remain in the polling station. A list of all authorized political party or candidate agents is to be displayed at all polling stations.
