DESCRIPTION
Election of the Luganville Municipal Council. It was last elected on 21 July 2015, with its current term of office finalizing on 21 July 2019. According to the law, the municipal election must be held before 19 September 2019. A total of 13 councilors will be elected in four different wards: West (two councilors), Center (four councilors), Sarakata (four councilors) and Est (three councilors).
